"The Maui Taro Burger is a generous size patty that grills to a crispy outside and a moist tender inside. The ingredients are blended well and every component is fully cooked. No tough grains or seeds, yet the patty still reveals the purplish hues of the nutritious root. Hawaii Taro Company also uses the luau or leaf of the taro, making this unique burger variation, even more nutritious.
The patty holds its shape, and even cold after a couple of hours maintains the desirable characteristics for my palate: crispy on the outside and still moist and tasty on the inside. Clearly a winner in flavor and nutrition."

Hi Robert!
I'm a close friend and colleague of Antonia's and had the pleasure of experiencing one (well actually, I ate two!) of your taro burgers when I had lunch at her home recently and I must tell you, it (they) was (were) delicious!!!!....I am not vegetarian completely....yet.....I still enjoy a buger now and then but would not need to eat a meaty burger if I could get my hands on one of your taro burgers!!!!....Will they be available on the mainland any time soon?....I'd love to eat more often in your beautiful state but am not fortunate enough to have a way to spend time there very often...So I'd love to find a way to have a little bit of Hawaii here!!!
